Current rantal rates at Sierra

Anyone knows the current rental rates at Sierra. What are the rates for bare unit, semi or fully furnished units? With covered car parks, view etc.

What about the quality of our tenants. Locals? Executives, white or blue collar workers? Bujang or family types etc.

At least i'm to see until there are no african foreigners here as certain groups have been known to give a lot of problems. Has anyone seen any foreigners staying at Sierra?

i saw some indon in the lift..
very confusing coz they look like local chinese..
but when they talk, it's indonesian!
maybe high class indon studying or working here..

BTW, for rental, RM 1400 for semi furnished with 2 covered car parks..
very good price!

How about rental for semi-furnish with 1 open car park?

zie86, u planning to rent out your unit? I think semi-furnished 1 car park 907sf unit can rent out around $1300-$1600

i'm good zie86. Forum been very quiet after the AGM. Some units are rented out around that price.

Fully furnished units should go for minimum of 1.6k per month.

Semi furnished units should go a minimum of 1.2k per month.

if u have 2 carparks, pls add another 100 to 150 per month.

AND PLS RENT OUT ONLY TO LOCALS! Execs and family types only. Pls avoid renting out to certain PROBLEM GROUPS of foreigners. I can't stress this enough, if u really want to maintain the peace and quality of life and security at Sierra!
